Is Uber Eats and GrubHub to expensive for your restaurant?

The Heartland Complete iPad POS systemI just recently had a meeting with an owner of a very high end restaurant on the east side and our conversation took us to his plans on offering delivery on his own instead of using Uber Eats or Grub Hub. After doing the math it was easy to see you could keep much more of the revenue if you offer your own plan. Granted your in-house technology needs to be able to do that of course, which is where I came into the picture.
